I’m back!!!

Whew! I thought this blog is gone. I remembered it the other other week and here I am again ready to get some updates rollin’. I just set up another WP blog out there a couple of weeks ago. It’s a self-hosted WP blog hosted on 000webhost.com. So now, I have two WP blogs! Check it out, it’s Dark Espresso. Doesn’t have much there yet, though. So now, I’ll try to update both blogs. I really find WP.com hosted blogs really limiting so my other blog would be where I’ll get what might frustrate me here. I’m thinking, why not just take down this blog and concentrate on only one blog? Well, “two blogs are better than one”! Sort of…

For the mean time, I’ll just fix up the the theme and maybe some settings. I’ll have to spend time reading other blogs as this article below suggests. Ta ta!

Free WordPress Hosting?

I just started setting up this blog today and I was surprised to find out that I couldn’t modify my blog theme to my liking! While I was editing the post Hello World!, I noticed that the whole Dashboard looked really different from what I have been using lately. At first I thought maybe this WordPress installation is not the same version as what I’ve been using for my work. Later on, as I was fiddling with the menus on the Dashboard, I found out this limitation on themes and plugins. There may be more limitations that I have yet to find out. Immediately, I did a google search for free wordpress hostings. A lot came out of the search so I just picked one and signed up. Unfortunately, I had trouble with signing up so I moved on to the next one on the list and so on. After a few hours of looking for WP hosting, of which all host I tried failed, I decided to call it a day and try again some other time. I’ll just have to stay here at WP.com for the mean time.

Hello world!

Whew! I made this blog 2 years ago but I didn’t have time to set it up and blog. But now, things are gonna change as I am immersed in the world of WordPress because of my job. So from here on, I shall alot a few minutes, or maybe an hour or two, of my time for this! Alright now let’s do this! Cross fingers!
